North Scottsdale apartments sold

Huxley Scottsdale, a 192-unit multifamily community located in North Scottsdale, was recently sold to Pillar Communities and Private Portfolio Group.

The purchase marks the company’s 36th acquisition in the Phoenix area since its inception, according to a press release.

Completed by HSR in 2024, Huxley Scottsdale’s amenities incorporate a palette of finishes and design elements ranging from natural stone slabs and large format porcelain tiles to a hidden lounge and rooftop sky deck with views of the Sonoran Desert landscape. Amenities include a pool and spa area, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, plus a separate yoga room and a dog park and pet spa.
