Oakwood Homes is hosting a model home grand opening for its Sonoran Collection at master-planned North Copper Canyon in Surprise on Saturday, Nov. 11.
The single-family home collection at 23911 N. 179th Drive has five floor plans of three- and four-bedroom homes and features innovative open layouts, home office flex rooms, modern finishes and energy-efficient features.
The price range for the 1,252 to 2,340 square foot homes starts at the mid $300s. Each home has a two-car garage.
Rapidly growing North Copper Canyon is one of metro Phoenix’s most desirable planned communities, offering two parks, Copper Park and Canyon Park, swimming pools, sports fields and courts, dog parks, walking loops, playgrounds and splash pads.
