A "No Kings" rally held in Sun City West for the first time drew more than 800 people, organizers said.

The protest was part of a national movement Oct. 18 in cities around the U.S. and world to protest the policies of the Trump administration.

“This is the first time we had an event like this in Sun City West and we were not sure what to expect. We had about 350 who signed up, but when we actually did a hand-count there were over 800 people,” Sun City West resident Bonnie Boyce-Wilson said.
