Christopher Zubrycki with Re/Max Professionals represented the seller and Elissa Hashem with My Home Group Real Estate represented the buyer.
The second most expensive home sale, 10011 W. Hedge Hog Place, sold for $785,000 on April 16. The 3,532 square-foot home on a 0.33 acre lot has five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
