The top home sale, 24922 N. 80th Lane, sold for $970,000 on March 12. The 4,688 -square-foot home on a 0.68 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The second most expensive home, 27558 N. 84th Drive, sold for $879,000 on March 12. The 4,007-square-foot home on a 0.33 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
