No-cost sports physicals, well-child checks coming up
Anyone who needs a well-child check or sports physical can visit Neighborhood Outreach Access health centers in Phoenix and Scottsdale July 29 and Aug. 5.

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health will be offering no-cost sports physicals and well-child checks at its north Phoenix and south Scottsdale health centers 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, July 29 and Aug. 5.
July 29 will be at NOAH Palomino Health Center, 16251 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix, and Aug. 5 at NOAH Cholla Health Center, 8705 E. McDowell Road in Scottsdale.
In addition to the medical exam and any vaccines, participants will receive screenings for dental, vision, behavioral health, nutrition and community resources, according to a press release. All services are provided at no cost to the patient.

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health will be offering no-cost sports physicals and well-child checks at its north Phoenix and south Scottsdale health centers 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, July 29 and Aug. 5.

Additionally, each participant will receive a $25 Skechers shoe voucher, backpack with school supplies, family resource kit and other giveaways while supplies last. Services and giveaways for this event are funded through partnerships with Molina Healthcare, Mercy Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Arizona Lottery Gives Back.
These special events are open to anyone needing a well-child check or sports physical. Participants should call 480-906-4269 to register for either event.
