No closures eclipse $1M mark this week in Peoria

No home sales in Peoria eclipsed the $1 million mark for the week of Dec. 4-10, according to Realtor. com.

The top home sale, 12782 W. Tyler Trail, sold for $940,000 on Dec. 10. The 3,356 square foot home on a 0.53 acre lot has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The scecond most expensive home, 7145 W. Acoma Drive, sold for $775,000 on Dec. 4. The 3,394 square foot home on a 2.3 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
