No changes to summer Glendale arena lineup during Gila River renovations

Coyotes’ lease expires June 30 — The same day Bieber performs

The plan since last summer has been to start renovating Gila River Arena as it gets set for its next, hockey-less chapter.

The Arizona Coyotes will play their final game in Glendale, at the city-owned arena inside the Westgate Entertainment District, this Friday, April 29 when the Nashville Predators visit the West Valley for a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.

The team’s last lease then expires on June 30 before the NHL franchise shifts operations to Tempe.
