City of Glendale staff will give a second Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project Update in September at the Sept. 24 City Council Work Session, which starts at 12:30 p.m. in the Glendale Civic Center, 5750 W. Glenn Dive.
This report is just a construction update and will not provide results of the Velma Teague Branch Library study group. During the Sept. 8 council workshop, city officials first brout up, publicly at least, the possibility of moving the library.
Further discussion of the library is planned for and October City Council workshop, though Glendale communications staff has not specified if the presentation will be part of the Oct. 8 or Oct. 22 workshop.
