Through the pandemic while people remained sheltered inside, health care was top of mind, including in the Sun Cities.
A new CVS Health study finds people are now taking greater control of personal health as a result of the pandemic. The study, currently in its fourth year, included 1,000 consumers and 400 providers who were surveyed for insight on health care and how the care is being navigated.
The study reveals people’s changing viewpoints toward personal health as well as generational and gender preferences in how participants would like their health care delivered.
