Tempe Marketplace is welcoming a wave of upscale retail tenants led by first-to-market outdoor and performance brands Carhartt and KUIU, which have selected the property for their first Phoenix-area locations.
The lineup also includes Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, and Glo Tanning.
The iconic American workwear and outdoor apparel brand is now open at Tempe Marketplace, marking its first standalone store in the Phoenix area at 15 S McClintock Drive.
KUIU – Opening Summer 2026
KUIU is a premium performance outdoor and hunting brand known for its ultralight, highly technical apparel and gear engineered for extreme conditions, backcountry adventures, and everyday wear.
Coach is an American luxury fashion brand known for its premium leather goods, iconic handbags, footwear, ready-to-wear, and accessories. The new Coach store at Tempe Marketplace will be 4,500 square feet, also located between Lululemon and J. Crew.
Tommy Hilfiger's new location will showcase Tommy Hilfiger’s signature red, white, and blue aesthetic in a nearly 6,000-square-foot space- between Lululemon and J. Crew.
Glo Tanning is a luxury sun spa offering premium UV tanning, custom spray tans, red light therapy, wellness services, and skincare treatments in a modern, upscale setting.
