New restaurant offers northwestern Mexican cuisine

Cielito’s is now open.

Seating 50 atop of the AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town, 7117 E. Third Ave., Cielito’s offers views of Camelback Mountain and the Old Town skyline.

The menu is made up of shareable items, including aguachile with tataki scallops, duck milanese torta, lamb with foraged mushrooms and mezcal, rabbit and rattlesnake in mezcal cream and an arrachera built around huitlacoche papas.
