New residential subdivision approved along Pinnacle Peak Road in Peoria

Campanos Estates approved for 36 lots on 20 acres

Peoria City Council approved a new single-family residential subdivision on about 20 acres at the southwest corner of 77th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.

The council unanimously approved on Feb. 21 the proposal for Campanos Estates, containing up to 36 lots with a density of about 1.8 dwelling units per acre.

The project is expected to have a range of lot sizes between 12,000 and 18,000 square feet.
