New residential subdivision planned for Pinnacle Peak Road

Campanos Estates proposed for 36 lots on 20 acres

A new single-family residential subdivision on about 20 acres is planned for the southwest corner of 77th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.

The Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the proposal for Campanos Estates, containing up to 36 lots with a density of about 1.8 dwelling units per acre, Jan. 19.
The project is expected to have a range of lot sizes between 12,000 to 18,000 square-feet.
