Plans are coming into focus for a new QuikTrip service station on the southwest corner of Bell Road and the Loop 303.
The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission at its next meeting is expected to vote on approving a conditional use permit and site plan for a 4,993 square foot convenience store with a 6,555 square foot fueling facility.
The P&Z Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 17 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
