New principal appointed to Raymond S. Kellis High School

Christopher Contreras is the new principal of Raymond S. Kellis High School. He was appointed at the July 16 school board meeting.

The assistant principal of Raymond S. Kellis High School has become the new principal.

Christopher Contreras replaces Tony Vining, who served as the school’s principal since July 2021.

Officials say Contreras worked to improve campus culture and the learning environment by prioritizing student safety and attendance.
