New Peoria Unified board kicks off new year with list of requests

List ranges from obtaining new counsel to terminating partnership with Arizona School Boards Association

The new Peoria Unified governing board is kicking off the new year with a robust list of items they would like to address moving forward.

President Heather Rooks, Clerk Jeff Tobey and board member Janelle Bowles have shared about 20 items they would like to be discussed or put on the agenda.

The items range from obtaining new governing board and district counsel to terminating the district’s partnership with the Arizona School Boards Association.
