A projected 700 homes is expected to come to a Peoria neighborhood after three developers agreed to come together on a land purchase.
The land — on about 280 acres — is expected to eventually feature seven “unique” product offerings near Lone Mountain Parkway — west of Vistancia Boulevard, said Jeff Gunderson, senior vice president of land operations at Lennar Homes. Shea Homes, Toll Brothers and Lennar are all builders on the project.
But homes just don’t pop up immediately after a significant land purchase.
