New listings of single-family homes up in Paradise Valley

Phoenix Realtors data from Multiple Listing Service shows sales of single-family homes in Paradise Valley is more promising than last year at this time.

New listings and pending sales are the most promising numbers, according to Sheryl Bowden, new president of Phoenix Realtors Board of Directors.

There were 74 new listings in January, up 29.8% year-to-date.
