New Life Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters form partnership to help children of domestic violence

New Life Center, one of Arizona’s largest domestic violence shelters, is teaming up with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Arizona to help mentor children staying at the center’s emergency domestic violence shelter.

“Our CEO has long been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and we learned about the group mentoring opportunity that was being used in other agencies, and we realized that it would be the perfect fit,” said Angela Rose, Chief Programs Officer with New Life Center.

According to Jared Byrd, Vice President of Programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, it was an easy decision to join forces with New Life Center.
