In the early morning of Wednesday, July 26 staff and faculty waited eagerly to greet children and families on their first day of school and to celebrate the school’s grand opening to the public.

Lakin Prep Academy is a new school at 12050 W. Broadway Road in Avondale, which initially started development in 2019 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
