Phoenix-based Stevens-Leinweber Construction announced a new industrial project that follows a trend of strong demand for similar Valley business ventures.
The company announced Nov. 5 that Tex Industrial, a 17.2-acre project that “will bring two new Class A, midsize industrial buildings” is underway at PV303 master planned business park in Goodyear, according to a press release.
The complex is expected to include a 100,737-square-foot north building and a 132,475-square-foot south building, the press release stated.
