New homes break ground near Pioneer Park in Peoria

Contributes to growing build-to-rent market

A 30-acre property in south Peoria vacant for a number of years is now on track to receive life with a new home community that broke ground, Dec. 2.

Village at Pioneer Park will offer 332 for-lease, single family units with private outdoor patio spaces adjacent to Pioneer Park at 83rd and Olive avenues.

The new project adds to the continued growth of the build-to-rent market that has taken off in recent years.
