New Goodwill coming to north Phoenix

A Goodwill thrift store is planned to replace the Ace Hardware northeast of 43rd Avenue and Bell Road in Phoenix.

The property owner, Redland Holdings, LLC, was issued plan review documents from the city on Feb. 12 and 16 indicating the change and a sign has been put up on the building to indicate a Goodwill is coming soon.

The building was a True Value Hardware store before it was an Ace Hardware.
