A nearly 50-year-old, partially completed townhome project in Glendale is now a modern apartment complex.
The former Las Casas Contentas subdivision along 59th Avenue has been transformed into 59 Evergreen, a 96-unit garden-style apartment community.
Visiquest Properties blended buildings constructed in 1974 with new construction to create a National Green Buildings Standards certified community that was named the 2023 Arizona Multihousing Association Garden Apartment Development of the Year.
“We are proud of how 59 Evergreen turned out and what this community will mean to its residents and the city of Glendale,” Joel Broder, Visiquest Properties founder and principal, shared in a press release.
