New extension coming to Prasada Parkway in Surprise

Revised plan cuts traffic on Sarival to shopping center

A new road to give direct access to the northern part of the Village at Prasada shopping center is coming to Surprise.

The Surprise City Council unanimously approved a plan May 16 to make the new Prasada Parkway from Waddell to Greenway roads a minor arterial road.

It also voted to keep Sarival Road to the east as a collector road for the nearby Legacy Park neighborhood with one lane in each direction. Sarival was originally planned for five lanes total.
