New ‘Disney On Ice’ adventure skating its way to Phoenix

An ice show based on two of the most popular Disney films is coming to downtown Phoenix.

“Disney On Ice” blends “Frozen” and “Encanto” which both come to life Jan. 11-14 at Footprint Center.

Preferred customers can purchase advance tickets starting Tuesday before tickets go on sale to the public Tuesday, Oct. 17. Fans can still sign up to become a Disney On Ice’ Preferred Customer.

Audiences will see Anna, Elsa, Mirabel, and the Madrigal family live, as well as fan favorites Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, Goofy, and more.

Narrating the captivating story of “Frozen” is Olaf, the lovable snowman who likes warm hugs and all things summer. After a “Frozen” adventure, audiences will journey to a vibrant town in the mountains of Colombia where they will meet the Madrigals, an extraordinary family who live in a magical casita in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto.

Show schedule: 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11; 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12; 11 a.m., 3 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13; and 11 a.m., 3 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14.
