The number of new COVID-19 cases reported in Goodyear jumped back up this week, according to data from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
ADHS reported the number of COVID-19 cases in Goodyear’s 85338 and 85395 ZIP codes was 10,450 as of Friday, Feb. 12, a 4.35% increase over last Friday and a 0.78% increase over Thursday. That represents an increase of 436 new cases over the week and 81 cases overnight.
The number of new cases reported last Friday was 296, which was down from 621 new cases reported the week ending Jan. 29.
