More ease of access to the northern part of Peoria will soon be on its way.
The Peoria City Council approved a $3.6 million contract with J. Banicki Construction to build Jomax Parkway from Vistancia Boulevard to Loop 303. Work on the project is expected to begin in a couple months.
Improvements will serve the Vistancia Commercial Core including housing developments yet to be built or not yet at build-out: Northpointe at Vistancia, Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights, Trilogy West, Sonoran Place, Granite Hills and Cowley and others.
