A developer with a controversial apartment plan for a Chandler-area county island has revised its offering again with the hopes of finally building on a 25-acre site.
Dominium has scaled back and modified its plans for an infill site along Ocotillo Road in south Chandler. The site is vacant and is between a railroad line — which runs directly behind a Target-anchored shopping center — and the Chandler Unified School District Transportation Center and bus yard.
