Formation Brewing will feature a soft opening in February at 925 N. Fifth St. and feature craft beer and food. A grand opening will be held March 1.
“We’ve been inspired by the landscape of Arizona and the energy of Roosevelt Row and we can’t wait to join the amazing local businesses here,” said Charlie Berger, brewery founder, in a press release.

Formation Brewing will feature a soft opening in February at 925 N. Fifth St. and feature craft beer and food. A grand opening will be held March 1.
“We’ve been inspired by the landscape of Arizona and the energy of Roosevelt Row and we can’t wait to join the amazing local businesses here,” said Charlie Berger, brewery founder, in a press release.
The brewery will have a full food menu with a focus on Detroit-style pizza and have 24 beers on tap, including several crafted by Denver Brewing Co. specifically for Phoenix. The beers also will be available for purchase.
Formation will be open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sundays. It is currently hiring bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and more. Interested candidates can visit FormationBrewing.com for opportunities.
