New associate broker joins Coldwell Banker Realty’s Sun City office

Patty Fusco is an associate broker with the Sun City Bell Office of Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona.

Patty Fusco has affiliated with the West Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty in Sun City as an associate broker.
She comes to the office with 17 years of real estate experience. Most recently, she was owner and broker of Fusco Realty from 2009 to 2023. Before that, she retired from the Peoria School District.
"After retiring from the Peoria School District to watch my grandkids, I decided it was time to get my real estate license and take my grandkids with me," Fusco shared in a press release. “Branch Manager Rick Messerschmidt and I have been in communication for the last five years. After the most current call, I knew it was the perfect time to affiliate with Coldwell Banker, and I have been very happy with that choice.”
The Sun City office is located at 17001 N. Del Webb Blvd.
