New apartments open in Phoenix warehouse district

Wood Partners has opened its latest community, 300 apartment homes in the warehouse district in downtown Phoenix.

Alta Warehouse District is at 402 W. Lincoln St., and it marks the third Wood Partners project to open downtown, according to a release.

Clay Richardson, managing director for Wood Partners, said the "modern, industrial-inspired community will serve as the perfect location for professionals looking to put down roots in the neighborhood and explore all that downtown Phoenix has to offer."

Wood Partners has opened its latest community, 300 apartment homes in the warehouse district in downtown Phoenix.

Alta Warehouse District is at 402 W. Lincoln St., and it marks the third Wood Partners project to open downtown, according to a release.

Clay Richardson, managing director for Wood Partners, said the "modern, industrial-inspired community will serve as the perfect location for professionals looking to put down roots in the neighborhood and explore all that downtown Phoenix has to offer."

According to the release, the apartments are within walking distance of Pizzeria Bianco, Cobra Arcade Bar and the Orpheum Theatre. It is also nearby Arizona State University’s downtown campus as well as Chase Field, Footprint Center and Symphony Hall.

Units include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
