A new multifamily development could be on its way to a coveted space in north Phoenix.

The developer, Trumont Group, has plans for a 344-unit multifamily development near Interstate 17 and Dove Valley Road, according to its website.

Shane Essert, a Trumont parter, said the space is “one of the last remaining” tracts of land near the Arizona Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. manufacturing facility in north Phoenix.
