Village of Chandler, a new 109-unit apartment complex, located on Gilbert Road, just south of Riggs Road in South Chandler, is taking applications.

Village of Chandler, a TruVista Development project managed by MEB Management Services, is a new apartment complex now leasing in South Chandler.
Located at 6075 S. Gilbert Road, just south of Riggs Road, Village of Chandler includes 109 units. As of mid-December, 33% of its units were already leased.
Offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, Village of Chandler boasts amenities that include a resort-style pool, a dog park, outdoor workout stations, barbecue grills, walking trails, detached garages and private backyards with pet-friendly doors.
The one-bedroom unit floor plans, according to the complex’s website, start at $1,774 per month. The monthly rate for the three-bedroom unit plans starts at $2,524.
The complex is conveniently located near several K-12 schools and small colleges and entertainment areas that feature shopping, dining, golfing and more.
