Neighbors say new emergency room a threat to peace

The prospects of a new emergency room donning the HonorHealth brand near Mountainside Fitness on Shea Boulevard west of Tatum Boulevard has hundreds of homeowners worried.

The Phoenix City Council is reportedly slated to vote on the proposed 24-hour facility on Wednesday, April 21.

Meanwhile, residents of La Camarilla Estates and neighboring communities have signed onto a petition to oppose the development citing noise, lights and loss of home values.
