Another day of extreme heat forecast for Maricopa County

The National Weather Service has extendend for another day an extreme heat warning for Maricopa County.

Daytime high temperatures are expected to reach 116 degrees on Tuesday, July 28, in the region, NWS officials  said Monday.

Maricopa County residents should be particularly concerned about how the heat will affect the interior of vehicles, NWS officials said.
