Napa auto parts building in Peoria set for demolition

Built in 1949, deemed unusable

One of the older buildings in Peoria is set to be demolished next week.

The former Napa auto parts structures, built in 1949 in Old Town, is being fenced up this week in preparation to be razed the following week.

Deputy City Manager Mike Faust said the building is not recoverable, according to an architectural evaluation.
