A rezoning of 8 acres, planned area development overlay and site plan for a multiple-residence development west of Crismon Road on the south side of Southern Avenue should be approved by the Mesa City Council, an advisory board decided recently.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously April 28 to recommend the council approve the rezoning, PAD overlay and site plan. The Mesa Design Review Board is to discuss the case at a meeting May 11. The Mesa City Council will make the final decision at a future meeting.
Sean Lake of Pew and Lake PLC is the applicant and Sunny Acres/Montgomery 320 LLC is the owner.
