Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. announced Friday the development of an 18-acre multifamily community across from Turf Paradise at the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and West Grandview.
Sanctuair Deer Valley is the first development under Sunbelt’s new residential community initiative, focused on sustainability, livability and resident wellness.
The groundbreaking started earlier this month on the 363-unit complex, which will feature two- and three-story garden-style residential buildings designed with modern architecture. The community will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as townhomes ranging from 737 to 1,802 square feet.
