The Strategic Alternatives Ad Hoc Committee created by the board of Recreation Centers of Sun City Inc to discuss possible renovations to Mountain View Recreation Center voted to delay making any decisions and holding any meetings until the architect could provide the cost estimates on Oct. 20.
Part of the way through the meeting, one committee member said he had heard from the architect Marlene Imirzian of Phoenix-based Imirzian & Associates Architects that she could not provide the cost estimates on the renovations until the Oct. 20.
“Frankly, I think until we have numbers — something to work with — we really don’t have any way of making any decisions,” said Susan Chatterjee, representing Mountain View Neighbors.
