Most Scottsdale STRs registered

Mayor not happy with the numbers

Most of Scottsdale’s short-term rentals have registered with the city, according to the city.

As of the end of July, 3,888 of the approximately 4,300 short-term rentals in the city have applied to do business in the city, according to a report from Scottsdale Assistant City Manager Brent Stockwell.

Of those applications, 3,443 have been approved, with the remaining 445 pending, incomplete, withdrawn or canceled.
