Monty Williams, the former coach of the Phoenix Suns, has listed his 5,527 square-foot Scottsdale home for sale, Paradise Valley-based real estate firm 72SOLD has announced.
The $4 million Scottsdale home sits on a 34,950 square-foot property in the Equestrian Manor community in Scottsdale.
The double cul-de-sac home includes five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with a casita, according to a press release.
“We are honored to work with Monty who is a pivotal figure in the sports community as he transitions from Phoenix to Detroit,” said Kusmer. “This estate is perfect for a family but also anyone looking for a home to entertain with plenty of upgrades.”
The three-car garage home has multiple updated amenities, the press release stated, including an entry to the split-floor plan home that boasts a private office and gym. The owner’s suite has a bar, floating cabinets, modern finishes and stone surrounds.
A modern kitchen includes high gloss cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a butler’s pantry, beverage fridge and plenty of storage. An additional bedroom wing includes three guest rooms and three bathrooms with its own private living space, a video gaming area and a bar with additional fridge drawers.
The main living room has large pocket doors that open to the backyard that includes a pool, spa, patio, sports/basketball court and putting green.
“72SOLD is a supporter of our local professional sports teams and we are honored to work with Monty making sure he gets the best price for his home in this real estate market,” said Greg Hague, owner and CEO of 72SOLD.
