Moderne Park West wins a home in south Peoria

Another apartment community is in the works for the Olive Avenue corridor.

The Peoria City Council unanimously approved, June 21, a plan to bring 130 units to the area of Olive and 95th avenues.

But it didn’t come without push back from some surrounding neighbors and some planning and zoning commissioners.
