The Farm Express Mobile Market begins its deliveries of fruits and vegetables Tuesday at three Tempe locations.
Tempe announced the nonprofit will bring the healthy food at affordable prices to the following locations Aug. 8 and every other Tuesday:
- Encore on Farmer, 601 S. Farmer Ave., 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- Apache Central Center, 1338 E. Apache Blvd., 11 a.m.-noon.
- Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road, 1-3 p.m.
Cash, credit and SNAP are accepted.
The market is operated by Activate Food Arizona, “which works to create equitable access to healthy, affordable food,” a city release stated.
