Residential component to be put on market in February

A prominent mixed-use project in north Peoria has taken a jump in expansion recently.

The residential component of master-planned development Sunrise Promenade is set to begin leasing at the end of February.

The project is in the midst of construction, with first move-ins expected this summer.
