Wigwam owners have tried more than once to rezone vacant lot

Big plans are in the works for the lot on the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Wigwam Boulevard — the undeveloped, 15-acre patch of dirt across from the future city center.

JDM Partners, owners of the Wigwam resort, envision a mixed-use development blending residential and commercial space, though mainly residential.

More residential than city leaders might like.
