Missing San Tan Valley woman found in Gila River reservation improving

A San Tan Valley woman who was missing for six days before being found in the Gila River Indian Community on Sunday is improving.

A spokeswoman for the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office said Jessica Goodwin has been transferred out of an intensive care unit.

The spokeswoman also said there has so far been no sign of foul play in Ms. Goodwin’s disappearance, but the investigation continues.
