Missing — whether gone 1 month or 56 years, law enforcement continually seeks missing Scottsdale residents

Dating back to 1965, there remains 15 people missing from Scottsdale city limits.

The most recent case, Najib “Jubi” Monsif remains top of mind for Scottsdale Police officials, Officer Aaron Bolin says. Detective John Heinzelman says his department, violent crimes, is perpetually following up on new information connected to years-old missing persons cases.

One case in particular, that of Robert William Fisher, runs on America’s Most Wanted occasionally, which prompts weekly tips 20 years after Fisher’s case originated in 2001 when he allegedly murdered his wife and two children, setting their home on fire before fleeing. He is both a missing person, and a homicide suspect.
