Missing Peoria man found safe after 5 days

A 20-year-old man has been located after being missing since March 8, Peoria police said Thursday night.

Luke Wuennenberg knocked on a door in a Peoria neighborhood and contacted a resident, “explaining that he was tired and cold,” a Peoria Police Department release stated.

Authorities said he was safe and in good condition.
